I agree to provide proper and sufficient food, water, shelter, training, affection, grooming and humane treatment at all times. If this dog's living conditions are found unsatisfactory by ARSI, I agree to transfer this dog’s ownership immediately to ARSI.

I agree not to sell, trade ownership, abandon, or dispose of this dog in any way, even as a gift to a friend or family member.

I agree I must notify ARSI immediately if I can no longer care for or keep this dog and agree to give ARSI reasonable time to rehome this dog or place this dog in an approved foster home, if available. I will neither take this dog to a shelter nor abandon this dog. I must notify ARSI of any behavioral problems that have occurred at any time before I return this dog and I agree to pay for a professional trainer’s evaluation in case of biting or aggression.

I acknowledge ARSI will perform follow-ups using the following methods: email communication, mail communication, in person, phone call/text, voicemail, text messages through social medias, for example, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter etc. Animal Rescue Squad International will perform follow-ups in 2 weeks, 3 months and every year after the adoption. I agree to provide documented proof such as photos, videos, and descriptions of this dog within 14 calendar days when requested by ARSI.

If at a later time I am not able to keep the dog, I agree to first contact ARSI and give ARSI the option to reclaim said pet at no charge. I understand that if the dog is not returned in as good a condition in which it was receiver by me (as determined by ARSI), I may also be responsible for additional costs of veterinary, grooming or other necessary care, in the event that these costs exceed that adoption fee I paid. All fees associated with the dog while in the care of the adopter will not be reimbursed.

I agree to pay ARSI a nonrefundable adoption fee. The adoption fee helps to cover ARSI’s expense of raising and caring for ARSI’s dogs.

I understand that ARSI has the right to demand return of the dog if the adopter does not comply with any of the provisions in these terms.
