I agree
To keep this dog(s) in my personal possession and to provide proper and sufficient food, water, shelter, grooming and humane treatment at all times.
To notify ARSI immediately if my foster dog becomes sick or injured. To follow ARSI’s instructions for further medical treatment plan.
To obey any and all animal control regulations governing the area in which I live at.
Not to sell, trade ownership, abandon, or dispose of this dog(s) in any way, but to notify ARSI if I must relinquish custody of the dog(s). This includes release to family members.
To allow ARSI to examine the dog(s) and it’s living conditions, and to surrender it to said person for return if the conditions are found unsatisfactory.
To assume full responsibility for this dog(s) actions, including any damage done by this dog(s).
All the information I have given above is true and complete. I have also read and agree with the Terms of Fostering. This dog(s) will reside in my home as a pet. I will provide it with adequate food, water, shelter, training, affection and medical care. I understand the temperament; health, habits and physical condition can’t be guaranteed. I understand that it is my responsibility to see and evaluate the dog for myself. I am in full agreement with these terms of foster care. Animal Rescue Squad International is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident or injury resulting from the placement of dogs into my household.
